Kelli and her team are amazing. She understood the market in my area. She helped guide me through the process of getting FEMA to properly zone my house. We got it out of a zone A flood rating to a zone C. Staging was perfect and she generated a huge amount of buzz through all her social media contacts and network of agents. I ended up with a couple full price offers and most importantly, got the home sold. Kelli managed all the home inspections, CO, etc. This was very helpful as I had relocated out of state. She got the job done where 2 other agents I thought would do well yet didnt. I now understand how important finding a great agent is. For me, this was Kelli. Kelli gives great, truthful advice.
