For Kellene Addison, real estate is more than buying and selling homes. It's about community, relationships and helping people move forward.

Kellene spent her early childhood in Vernon, NJ, before moving to Lake Hopatcong at age 10. Growing up in these communities, she developed a love for everything the area offers, from snowboarding in the winter to wakeboarding on the lake in the summer. Her deep local roots continue to influence the way she does business today.

A familiar face in the local business community, Kellene's entrepreneurial journey began long before real estate. Starting with just $0.28 in her bank account, Kellene built her career from the ground up through grit, calculated risk, and a willingness to figure things out as she went.

Her entrepreneurial journey has spanned multiple industries. She has owned and operated three laundromats in the Hopatcong and Wharton areas, successfully bought, improved, and flipped several other laundromat businesses, and co-owned Missy’s Cafe in Rockaway. She also launched a promotional advertising company and a board game company, gaining firsthand experience in everything from sales and marketing to operations and business development.

Her experience expanded into real estate, where she flipped homes, built a rental property portfolio, and ultimately built a successful independent real estate brokerage.

Across every venture, one thing has remained consistent: a commitment to the people she serves and the communities her businesses are part of. Her experience wasn’t built in a classroom or from theory,it came from starting with almost nothing, taking real risks, solving real problems, building businesses, and learning what actually works along the way.

When Kellene earned her real estate license in 2015, she already had a goal: become a broker and open her own agency. She envisioned a brokerage that would bring a fresh, customer-focused approach to the industry, beginning with the people who make it all happen, her agents. That dream became a reality in 2019 with the opening of her brokerage.
